It`s not all bad news for Samsung lately (though not the greatest).
A sales ban on the Samsung Galaxy Nexus smartphone in the United States has been temporarily lifted. Samsung requested of a stay on the ban and it was approved by U.S. District Court Judge Lucy Koh (this is the same judge that implemented the ban) this temporary lift will only last until Apple provides the judge with new information she has requested, due by July 12th. It shouldn’t matter by then, considering Google will be issuing a software patch next week to address the universal search technology Samsung’s smartphone was found to be infringing.
