It`s Official: Apple schedules event for October 23

Apple has sent out invites for an event dubbed "We`ve got a little more to show you" on October 23rd.
Expected to be showcased are: iPad mini, a new iMac, Mac mini and who knows what else?

Apple TV update and SDK anyone?
