AMD`s replacement for Bulldozer may come in October
Rumour has it that AMD's Bulldozer replacement codenamed Vishera, could be out in Q4 this year.
The new AMD 8350, (working name), will supposedly be a four-module/eight-core design clocked at 4GHz (4.2GHz Turbo Mode) with a 125W TDP. Considering Vishera is using the new Trinity core, this new CPU could deliver what last year's CPU missed, it is widely considered that Bulldozer`s performance did`nt meet many expectations when it was released. Hopefully AMD will make up for this with the new architecture.
